Axial internal pressure metal bellows expansion joint adopts United States EJMA standard optimization design, 

axial internal pressure corrugated compensator is also commonly called 

shock absorbing corrugated compensator, bellows, expansion joint, or expansion joint. It is composed of bellows

 (an elastic element) that constitutes its working body and accessories such as end pipes, 

brackets, flanges, and conduits.

The axial internal pressure corrugated compensator is a kind of compensation element. 

The effective expansion and contraction deformation of the bellows of its working body is used to absorb the 

dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of pipelines, conduits, containers, etc., 

or to compensate for the axial, transverse and angular displacements of pipelines, conduits, 

containers, etc. It can also be used for noise and vibration reduction. It is widely used in modern industry.

Axial internal pressure corrugated compensator is also known as telescopic device, expansion joint, 

corrugated compensator. The compensator is divided into: corrugated compensator, sleeve compensator, 

rotary compensator, square natural compensator and other types, among which corrugated 

compensator is more commonly used, mainly to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline, with the following functions:

1. Compensate for the axial, transverse and angular thermal deformation of the absorption pipeline.

2. The expansion and contraction of the corrugated compensator is convenient for the installation and disassembly of the valve pipeline.

3. Absorb equipment vibration and reduce the impact of equipment vibration on the pipeline.

4. Absorb the deformation of the pipeline by earthquake and subsidence.

The expansion joint is composed of a bellows and structure, which is mainly used to absorb axial 

displacement and less transverse and angular displacement, with simple structure and low cost, 

and is also known as a general-purpose compensator.
