They respectively have functions such as heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and oil resistance.
1. Single-ball rubber expansion joints can significantly reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline systems
It can fundamentally solve problems such as interface displacement, axial expansion and contraction, and non-concentricity of various pipelines
2. Depending on the materials, single-ball flexible rubber joints can be made into acid-resistant and alkali-resistant ones
It comes in various varieties such as corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant and heat-resistant, and is suitable for a wide range of media and environments.
3. The material is polar rubber, featuring excellent sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and a long service life.
However, avoid contact with sharp metal tools to prevent the sphere from being punctured.
4. If used overhead, elastic brackets can be provided. When installing, the bolts should be tightened diagonally.
5. If the pipeline pressure is too high, the two flanges at both ends should be connected together with limit bolts.
6. The flange connection standard adopts GB4216.3-4216.5 standard, which can be specified separately.
The working pressure grades of this product are 0.6Mpa,1 Mpa, 1.6 Mpa and 2.5 Mpa.
