KXT (JGD) - B type threaded rubber joints are of high quality and low price, and their products are exported to both domestic and foreign markets. Their product quality is also among the best in the same industry. They produce a series of rubber products including single ball rubber joints, double ball rubber joints, fully sealed end face rubber joints, rubber reducers, rubber cone shock absorbers, etc. Now, let's introduce the specifications, models, and installation instructions of threaded rubber joints.
Introduction to Threaded Rubber Joints:
Threaded rubber joint is a derivative of flange rubber joint, with a maximum diameter of DN80 and a pressure bearing capacity of 1.6MPa. This product is a rubber product reinforced with nylon curtain fabric, which has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large deflection displacement, aging resistance, shock absorption and noise reduction. The thread material of threaded rubber joint is forged/cast (round or square), and the surface treatment is galvanized; Threaded rubber joints are mainly used for connecting the inlet and outlet pipes of air conditioning fan coil units in hotels and hotel rooms, with simple and fast installation. Its function is to compensate for the axial displacement, radial displacement, and angular displacement of the pipeline.
The threaded rubber joint ball can be divided into two types: 1. Fan coil threaded rubber joint 2. Double ball threaded rubber joint
Threaded rubber joints can be divided into: 1. Circular threaded rubber joints, 2. Square threaded rubber joints
Threaded rubber joints have the following advantages: 1. Small size, light weight, good elasticity, and easy installation and maintenance. 2. During installation, lateral, axial, and angular displacement can be generated, without being limited by pipeline misalignment or flange non parallelism. 3. It can reduce structural transmission noise and has strong vibration absorption ability during work. 4. It effectively prevents corrosive media from corroding the inner wall of rubber flexible joints in pipelines that are resistant to high temperatures, acid and alkali, and oil, thereby improving their service life. Scope of use: Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, threaded rubber joint heads are widely used in basic engineering such as chemical, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, and electricity.
Installation instructions for threaded rubber joints:
1. Select accurate products and appropriate product lengths based on the two end joints to be connected and the misalignment situation;
2. When installing, first unscrew the two end connectors and install them separately on the fan duct supply (return) water pipe interface, which should be closed and tightened;
When pre bending the corrugated pipe, the sleeve nuts should be placed at both ends of the corrugated pipe to prevent the nuts from getting stuck when the corrugated pipe bends. Be careful not to collide with hard objects or damage the sealing surface during the installation process.
