1. Leakage situation: The occurrence of leakage situations mostly comes from non-standard installation. During installation, tightening screws is a process that must be taken seriously. The diagonal tightening method cannot be changed, otherwise local sealing may not be tight, leading to leakage of rubber joints.
2. Pulling situation: This situation is caused by the actual stretching of the installed pipeline exceeding the maximum stretching length of the rubber joint, resulting in the flange being forcibly pulled out from both ends of the sphere. In this case, please replace the double sphere rubber joint in a timely manner for use, or you can also use a limiting device in the rubber joint. In addition to having certain specifications for the stretching of the rubber joint, the limiting device also greatly improves the vibration of the pipeline.
3. Immersion deformation: This situation occurs on ordinary rubber joints installed in oil pipelines. Due to the corrosive effect of oil rubber, prolonged immersion can cause swelling of the rubber joints, leading to sealing problems and a decrease in their own quality. Therefore, oil resistant rubber joints must be selected in oil pipelines.
4. Dimensional deformation: Dimensional deformation comes from the strong twisting degree of the pipeline. Due to the large inclination of some pipelines, they may become twisted during transportation. Rubber joints are a particularly pressure resistant product, but they are helpless in dealing with twisting situations. In this case, please replace the rubber joints with high-pressure resistant rubber joints.
